Booking Terms

General Policy

From April to September, stays of 1 night only require full payment of B&B rate at time of reservation. For stays of 2 nights a deposit of 1 half of the full B&B cost is required .For all other reservations, a deposit one third is requested.
Written confirmation of cancellation (we recommend by recorded delivery) or an email, confirming cancellation (please request reply) must be received up to 28 days in advance of arrival date. There will be an administration charge of 10% of the B&B rate quoted, deducted from your refund.
For cancellations after this time, or in the event that you have to leave before the confirmed date of departure, a charge will be made (90% refundable if the room is re-let) to cover the losses to the hotel. We recommend that you have insurance to cover this. Duringthe low season October to March, inclusive, advice of cancellation should be sent as above and must be received 48 hours (96 hours, if arrival is on Monday) in advance of arrival date. For this purpose, arrival time is taken as 5pm. Advice of cancellation (low season only) may be made by telephone, backed up by email if requested.
ADVANCE PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. (Not available for reservations of 1 night)
Full cost of reservation is payable at time of booking. The reservation can be changed, subject to availability, for a further payment of 30% of cost of booking. Strictly no refund for cancellation.
